Band ini dibentuk pas mereka masih duduk di sekolah menengah, All Time Low keluar dibalik band-band pop-punk kayak Green Day.
Th. 2004 >> mereka nandatanganin rekaman pertama mereka dengan Emerald Moon Records dan ngerilis EP pertama yang judulnya The Three Words to Remember in Dealing with the End akhir tahun itu .
Th. 2005 >> Rilis Album pertama mereka, The Party Scence
Th. 2006 (tepatnya sebelum lulus sekolah/ SMA) >> mereka nandatanganin kontrak rekaman dengan Hopeless Records dan rekam ulang lagu-lagu dari album debut mereka dan termasuk 2 lagu baru untuk EP mereka, Put Up or Shut Up. EP masuk Independent Albums sama Top Heatseekers Charts.
Th. 2007 >> So Wrong, It’s Right rilis, masuk di Billboard 200 di nomor 62.
Th. 2008 >> All Time Low dipilih jadi Alternative Press Magazine’s Band of the Year.
Th. 2009 (Tepatnya di bulan Juli) >> Album ke-3 nya rilis, Nothing Personal, dan memulai debutnya di nomor 4 di Billboard 200 ….
Th. 2011 >> Ni band baru ngerilis album Dirty Work dibawah label Interscope tepatnya tanggal 7 Juni lalu ..
